Bluntrock Brewery is an independent craft brewery based in Rock, Cornwall, known for brewing fresh, modern beers inspired by both contemporary craft brewing and traditional British brewing heritage.
Founded in 2021 by George and Hugo, Bluntrock was created from a shared passion for small-batch, quality-focused beer. After discovering the rise of modern US-style pale ales and IPAs across the UK craft beer scene, they wanted to bring those styles to their local North Cornwall community. What started as a tiny brewery, taproom and beer garden built from recycled yellow shipping containers has quickly grown into one of Cornwall’s exciting modern independent breweries.
Today, Bluntrock combines modern and traditional brewing techniques to create a diverse range of refreshing beers, from juicy pale ales and crisp lagers to traditional cask beers and innovative alcohol-free brews. The brewery remains proudly independent and community-driven, with a strong focus on quality ingredients, sustainability and brewing beers that people genuinely love to drink.
Bluntrock’s commitment to sustainability also sets them apart. The brewery has invested in Cornwall’s first brewery CO2 recovery system, installed its own deep borehole water supply, and introduced solar power and ecology initiatives as part of its brewery expansion.

Brewery gift cards are normally emailed within 24 working hours Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays), or by 9AM on your chosen future send date.
Can I top up with my own payment?
